Most of the Chifa dishes (fusion of Peruvian and Chinese cuisine) are accompanied by the famous "Arroz Chaufa". Next, I will show you how to prepare this delicious side dish.
The following recipe is enough for 6 people.
Ingredients
Rice (4 cups)
Chicken or pork loin (1 kilo)
Kion (1 piece)
Sillao (3 tablespoons)
Eggs (3 units)
Vegetable oil
Sesame oil (1 teaspoon)
Chinese onion (1/2 tied)
Preparation
Step 1: Rice
It is advisable to cook the rice 1 day before.
Cook it without salt and without garlic.
Step 2: Proteins
Cut the chicken/pork into small pieces. Fry.
In a bowl, beat the eggs. Fry them like a tortilla.
Once fried, remove the egg tortilla from the pan and cut it into squares.
Step 3: Everything to the wok!
In a wok, place a little oil.
Fry the rice for a couple of minutes.
Add the sillao, sesame oil, and kion. Stir.
Add the chicken/pork, chopped egg, and Chinese onion. Stir and serve.
