Ingredients
white onion
potatoes
eggs
Vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Previous steps
Cut the potatoes into sheets about 3mm thick.
In a bowl, beat the eggs.
Julienne the onion.
Preparation
Heat the oil in a medium pan and cook the potatoes over medium heat (don't fry).
After the potatoes are cooked, drain them.
In the bowl of the beaten eggs add the potato (cooked previously), the onion (already cut), salt and pepper. Mix and place everything in the same pan where the potatoes were cooked.
Fry the tortilla for about 4 minutes. Now, flip the tortilla and fry that side for another 4 minutes.
Remove it from the pan and serve. There are between 6 and 8 portions.
