"Empanadas" - 4 ingredients!

Ingredients


- 1/2 liter of water

- 120 g butter

- 1kg all purpose flour

- 60g of salt


Steps


- Mix the flour with the salt, and then add the melted butter.

- Add water little by little. Keep mixing.

- Unite everything and let the dough rest for at least 1 hour.

- After it has rested, stretch the dough, and with a circular mold cut it.

- Place the desired filling in the dough (meat, cheese, etc.), and close it. Press the edges with your fingers or a fork to seal well.

- To cook the empanadas:

In the pan: Fry until the dough is golden

OR

In the oven: paint the empanadas with egg yolk. Then it is put in the oven at 180 ° C between 15 -

20 minutes.
