Chicken with pineapple (4 - 5 people)

Ingredients


- 3 chicken breasts

- 600g or 1 can of pineapple

- 50g of red pepper

- 50g of green pepper

- 1 teaspoon grated Kion

- 1 teaspoon minced garlic

- 100g ketchup

- 4 tablespoons tomato paste

- 4 tablespoons of sugar

- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce

- 1 teaspoon white vinegar

- Chives

- Salt

- Pepper

- Toasted sesame

- 2 tablespoons of flour

- 2 tablespoons cornstarch

- Cooking oil


Steps


- Cut the chicken into pieces and put it in a bowl. Add to the bowl an egg, 1 tablespoon (half) of the soy sauce, and a pinch of pepper and salt. Mix and refrigerate for 20 minutes. - After time, remove the bowl from the refrigerator and add the flour to the chicken little by little. The flour should cover each piece of chicken. Fry the chicken in a pot with plenty of oil. Reserve. - Cut the pineapple. Put the pineapple, in pieces, in a pot; add a cup of water and a teaspoon of sugar. Cook the pineapple. Strain the pineapple and reserve the juice. - To make the sauce: In another bowl, put the remaining pineapple juice, the rest of the soy sauce (1 tablespoon), ketchup, sugar and tomato paste and white vinegar. Stir. - In another pot place: oil, kion, ground garlic. Fry. Then add the pineapple chunks. Fry for two minutes. Add the pepper and fry for two more minutes. Add the sauce and the corn diluted in water. Stir. Now add the chicken and mix. Finally, add the chives and sesame.
