Ingredients
1/2 kg of fish
1 1/2 red onion (one and a half)
1 sweet potato
15 lemons
250 g of corn
4 lettuce leaves
1 rib of celery
1 chili
A little bit of ginger
1 coriander branch
salt
white pepper
Steps
Cut the fish into 2 x 2 cm pieces.
Place the fish in a bowl with plenty of salt.
Cut into squares 1/2 onion, the ají limo, the piece of ginger and the coriander, and put this ingredients in another bowl. Squeeze the 15 lemons, and add salt and white pepper to taste.
After the time has passed, blend the pieces of onion, chili pepper, celery, ginger and coriander.
Add this blend to the bowl where the fish is. Mix for a minute.
Serve immediately with corn, sweet potato slices, lettuce leaves, and thinly-sliced onion (the remaining onion).
