Ingredients
4 cups of rice
600 g of ground beef
1 medium onion
2 tomatoes
6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Parsley
4 cloves of garlic
100 g of ground chili pepper
Sweet potato
Oil
Salt, pepper and cumin to taste
Steps
In a pot, place a little bit of oil and fry 2 cloves of garlic until it browns. Add water, 4 teaspoons of salt and add the rice. Cook.
In another pot, add some oil, fry the remaining garlic (2 cloves) and add onion cut into small cubes. When the onion browns, put the ají panca. Cook. Add the diced tomatoes. Cook and place the cumin, salt and pepper to taste. Now, add the precooked ground beef. Mix. And finally, add the chopped hard boiled egg and parsley.
To serve, use a mold where you can place a layer of rice, a layer of stew, and another layer of rice . For decoration you can use fried and sliced sweet potato.
