Ingredients
4 potatos
2 carrots
200 grams of peas
100 grams of green beans
3 eggs
Mayonnaise

Peel the potatoes and and cut them into squares.
In a small bowl, boil the eggs (approximately 9 minutes).
In another, larger bowl, boil the vegetables (the potatoes and carrots in squares, alberjitas and green beans).
When the vegetables are cooked, take them out and strain them. Let them cool.
Place the vegetables in a bowl and add the mayonnaise. Stir.
Divide into portions of 6 and, helping you with a selection mold, serve.
Cut the eggs in half and place on top of the salad.
