Ingredients
- 2 cups of rice
- 1/2 kg of french fries
- 1/2 kg of thin loin of meat
- 3 onions
- 2 tomatoes
- 200 ml of soybean
- 120 ml of vinegar
- 80 ml of oyster sauce
- A little parsley
- 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- A little piece of kion
- 3 branches of chives, chopped
Preparation
- Cut the meat into pieces and place them in a bowl. Add the salt, pepper and garlic. Stir and let it rest for half an hour.
- Cut the onion, chili pepper and tomato into medium pieces (julienne).
- Chop the parsley and cut the chives into small pieces.
- In a container, the soy sauce, the vinegar, and the oyster sauce.
- Divide all the ingredients into 4 portions.
Steps
- Pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into the pan and heat until smoke comes out.
- Once the oil is hot, place a portion of the meat loin already cut and seasoned (125g). Cook until medium and place in a bowl.
- In the same pan, place a peak of oil, place a quarter of the onion and cook it, stirring for a minute. When they are crisp, sprinkle a little chion on the onions.
- Add a portion of tomato, chives and parsley. Add the previously cooked meat (125 g). Add 70 - 100 ml (to taste) of the soy sauce, vinegar and oyster sauce mixture.
- Leave the ingredients in the pan until the meat is cooked.
- Repeat the procedure 3 times, with the 3 remaining portions.
